By accessing and using devsEye services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Services

devsEye provides web development, design, and digital marketing services. All services are subject to a separate agreement or proposal that outlines the specific scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive full ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for their project. devsEye retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary content required to complete the project. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and costs.

Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be charged at our standard hourly rate.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project.

Limitation of Liability

devsEye liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In such cases, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.
